Spurred on by the fact that I only put on 1 1/2 pounds after a two week binge (yay!) and managing to face weight watchers, I decided that it was time for 'before' photos. Incredibly depressing but neccessary if I never intend to get back to this again.Here's to a new start and a commitment to never return!
Oh and please excuse the mess on the floor!
